Alpine Programmes
 | Summer Camp ExperiencesMt. Ruapehu and Volcanic Plateau. Awe inspiring scenery on alpine walks, for all levels of fitness, from Mt. Ruapehu crater lake, to gentle strolls in the many greens of our NZ native bush. Weather may affect some activities and can be arranged to suit taste and fitness - horse riding, mountain biking, caving, kayaking, white water rafting. Day and night orienteering can also be fun! Finish the day with a hot thermal swim! |
 | Winter Camp ExperiencesFamiliarisation with winter alpine extremes, skiing, snowboarding or just fun in the snow. Regular weekend or midweek Ski and/or Snowboard trips are run, suitable for Corporate or Education Groups. Can include all transport, food, accommodation, ski gear and passes, or BYO ski gear. Many of the summer alternative activities are still available in winter, or trips to trout hatchery, military museum, etc - and of course, hot pools. |
 | School Holiday Ski and Snowboard Camps.Popular 4-5 day camps are run at Mt. Ruapehu ,for students aged 11 to 17 years, in the School Holidays (July and September). Usually small groups of 20 with 4 adult skiers and youth leaders, these are budget trips where students stay in backpacker accommodation with self help catering. Alternative fun activities,(see above), are organised if weather prevents skiing. |
Marine Progammes
 | Hands On Sailing Instruction. Learn to Sail on your Yacht or ours2/3 day or overnight on larger yachts or catamarans. Includes sailing tuition and navigation instruction if required. Moored in a Hauraki Gulf island bay, with the silvery moon beams reflected on the water the experience of a lifetime! Great for Education, Overseas visitors,Corporate, Social or Team Building. -1/2 day on smaller craft with 3 students to I instructor. Hands on experience and qualified Instructors. |
International Student Tours
 | Singaporean ToursDuring June and July we bring, into NZ, teenage sports teams in from California and other Northern hemishere countries. In the other months of the year we are involved with Singaporian and Australian students providing specific educational tours. NZOE also works directly with Teachers in the Counties Manukau schools providing exciting and interesting weekend tours for international students. |
Popular Day Trips for School Groups
 | The Rangitoto Climb - Volcanic Icon.Ferry or private charter to this unique moonscaped island. An excellent activity for all ages and fitness. If you dont want the challenge of the moderate climb to the top, a ride on the Mountain Train can be arranged. Once at the top a breathtaking view over Auckland city and the Hauraki Gulf will make it worthwhile. |
